What does a newly born man need, with the pain and pressures of being?
Manfredi Coppolecchia portrays the parental figure while Tunaboylu is the newborn offspring. Coppolecchia’s costumes, the top being a shirt and the bottom a skirt represents the colligation of the mother and the father figures in one protagonist. The newborn infant is let into the world with the heaviness of being and the pain of pressure through a wooden box being smashed by the parent. Throughout the performance, the parental figure tries to appease the offspring by an instinctual approach of feeding it with potatoes. Yet the method chosen by the parent is refused by the offspring and its existential pain doesn’t vanish.
